These gorgeous ruffled tutus just came available today. As far as we know and we have searched to make sure but no one else makes these tutus with ruffles.
They are all sewn and not knotted. The Petti-Tutus are gorgeous.
We make our tutus fluffy but when we added the ruffles they are extra fluffy.
Depending on the size but we use up to 30 yards of tulle for our tutus and 2 layers of ruffle tulle fluff on each Petti-Tutu.
